Kevin took over as 1st
team manager in the 2004/2005 season and guided the side to respectable
3rd place. However the following season was followed by the
clubs greatest success for a number of years, when he guided the side to
Dorset Senior League title and ultimately promotion to the DPL. Kevin is
regard as highly within the club and it is hoped that the team will
continue to flourish under his management.

Chris joined the 1st
team this year in order to help Kev with the running of the side from
his previous position of Reserve Team Manager. Chris is a former player
where he was a member of the successful reserve team that won the
division four north league in 2000/2001. Having become a 1st
team regular, he was struck down by injury and has been forced to stop
playing. Besides being assistant manager Chris has become the clubs
Goalkeeping Coach.
