Kev took over as 1^st team manager in the 2004/2005 season, guiding the side to respectable 3^rd place. However the following season was followed by the clubs greatest success for years, when Marshall won the Dorset Senior League title and promotion to the DPL. 

In his new role Kev will oversee the general running of the club and provide a linkup between the First, Second and Under 18 sides.  Everyone at the club are glad to see Kev still around this term.
