The Club prides itself on providing football for all ages. The Club actively encourages new managers and coaches to come forward at the earliest opportunity and form new teams, usually via the soccer academy .New team managers are encouraged to join the club youth committee and take an active part in club life. Full support is given to new teams. This includes facilitating entry into local leagues, arranging fixtures and ensuring they have satisfactory equipment.

As stated previously it is the aim of the club to run a number of girls teams. Previously the Club has been deterred from establishing such teams due to pitch restraints. Given the growth of (in numbers and expertise) female soccer in recent years it is hoped that the Club can organise increased participation of girls. Full consultation will take place with the Dorset County FA Women and Girls Development Officer.

All new teams will receive the full backing of the officers of the Club. All new and potential youth team managers will be fully vetted by the club committee. This will involve obtaining two independent references and also asking the individual to appear before a club committee. Only after this procedure has been followed to the satisfaction of the club committee and an FA approved CRB Check preformed will that person be allowed to organize, coach and run a youth team.
